Hello! こんにちは！नमस्ते!سلام!

 

I'm a poet and student of Indian origin based out of Sendai, Japan. I'm currently working full time as Manager for F-ATRAs (Futaba Area Tourism Research Association). My role involves working with inbound tourism, marketing and translation. I have experience with translation and interpretation, and have taken on projects involving English, Japanese, Hindi and Urdu. Teaching brings me profound joy, and I've had opportunities to teach English & Japanese professionally. I've also taken several poetry workshops in India and Japan. 

 

I live my life by the words, "Chai, try and cry"(the order of which verb comes first is context-dependent), nuggets of wisdom shared with me by my 9-year old student. I love the colour yellow!
